In order to establish diagnostic human and material on existing applications, the study makes it possible to establish a file whose finalities are as follows:
ü Which is the effectiveness:
§ of the personal elements which are likely to contribute to the effectiveness of the function
§ of the average materials which are likely to support the actions related to the function.
ü Which capacity of extension:
§ For the systems likely to be preserved and/or integrated and technical regulation and upgrading capabilities compared to technology (present and to come)
